Volunteers

Volunteers are welcome at the Singapore Mini Maker Faire!  There are many ways for volunteers to contribute to the success of the Faire:

• Maker assistants: To assist Makers with breaks as needed, and anything else they need to demonstrate their projects
• Workshop assistants: To assist Workshop facilitators with the running of the workshops
• Presenter assistants: To assist presenters with presentation setup, and timekeeping for the session
• Activity area assistants: To run hands-on activities in the free activity area for attendees, and to ensure that the area is clean, neat and safe

Time commitment

Volunteers will need to attend a 2 hour volunteer induction session before the Faire.  The date and time of this session will be announced later.

Volunteers will be scheduled in 4-hour blocks (9.30 am – 1.30 pm & 1.30 pm – 5.30 pm).  Volunteers will need to sign up for at least one block.
